Is the free tier really permanent?+
Yes. The free tier covers up to 50 exams per month with no time limit. It is not a trial — you can use it indefinitely.
What counts as one exam?+
One exam = one student completing one proctored assessment session. If 30 students sit the same test, that counts as 30 exams.
Do I pay if a student fails to complete?+
No. Outcome-based pricing means you pay only for exams delivered and submitted. A student who abandons within 60 seconds is not charged.
Can I get INR invoicing for India?+
Yes. Indian institutions can receive invoices in INR. GST-compliant invoicing is available. Contact care@monitorexam.com.
